A series of movements focusing on releasing tensions around the shoulders and neck as well as the spine and hips. Also strengthens the core and the muscles in the legs. Saunayoga is also a great way to release stress. You'll notice the benefits already after your first session.
To who: the excercise is suitable for everybody and no prior yoga experience is needed.
What to bring: a water bottle and a small towel for wiping off sweat. Dress in swimwear or shorts and a t-shirt.
When: Tuesdays 19.30-20.15.
Price: 25 € including entrance to the pools.
Please take a note of:
• Each instructor designs their own classes by theirselves therefore offering variations to the classes' content. Variating allows to find new dimentions on excercising.
• Some classes are more intense than the others.
• Remember to give yourself time during more challenging excercises – practice makes perfect!
• Everyone is welcome to our classes no matter the starting level. The atmosphere in our classes is playful and open. Supporting the overall well-being of the body and mind is the most important thing!
