Vinyasa yoga

Description

Our gentle vinyasa yoga adds control and movement of the body and relaxes both body and mind at the same time. The positions are executed peacefully and slowly in series into the breathing tempo. When the body and mind are working together simultaneously to your own breathing you can experience a the flow's presence at its fullest. Participating the class doesn't require any earlier experience from yoga.

During this class you're also introduced to our equipment such as FeetUp yoga chair.

Basic information

Instructor: Johanna Laaksonen.

What to bring: comfortable clothes.

When: Tuesdays at 18:00–19:15.

Price: 16€ (swimming 10€ when purchasing a wellness ticket). For Swimming + Wellness dual members the classes are included in the price of the membership.

Dear customers: we have decreaced the maximum capacity of our Wellness Studio to 16 participants per class. If possible, we would kindly ask you to bring your own mat for the classes requiring it. We pay extra attention disinfecting our mats and other equipment before and after classes. Weather permitting, some of the classes may also be held outdoors.
